Can I have different infusion sets or consumables to the ones that my nurse or clinic have requested?
If you would like a different infusion set to the one that your HCP, DSN or clinic has requested for you on your request form, you need to discuss this with your healthcare team before ordering it with us. Your healthcare team can then notify us of any changes to your consumables.
