If I lose my pump or have my pump stolen, can you replace it?
No, we cannot replace your pump if it is lost or stolen. You should always take-out insurance for the pump and your insurance company would reach out to us directly to request a replacement through a claim request. If you do not have insurance on the pump and are in need of a replacement, please speak with your clinic.
